Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will be happy to exchange it for the same item. Please contact us at support@wyderangeventures.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:
